Dr. Brar is a board-certified physician with the American Board of Family Practice and a proud member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She earned her medical degree in 2001 and completed her Family Practice residency at Stony Brook University in Long Island in 2005. Recognized early in her career, she was named one of Ebook’s Top Family Physicians in 2009.
With a passion for aesthetics and wellness, Dr. Brar has trained extensively with internationally recognized leaders in aesthetic medicine. Fifteen years ago, Dr. Brar founded Amani MedSpa with a vision to create a holistic destination for beauty and wellness. Today, her flagship 5,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art MedSpa and wellness center is a premier facility unlike any other in the region. She recently expanded with a second boutique location inside a salon suite in St. Petersburg.
